Buttermilk Pie

Buttermilk Pie

1/4 c. flour
1 stick melted butter or margarine
1/2 c. buttermilk (non fat)
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
3 eggs
1 unbaked pie shell

Mix all ingredients well and pour into pie shell. Bake at 350 for 50 to 60 minutes. Pie is done when top is golden brown and knife inserted in middle of pie comes out clean.
